Welcome to Stockbridge Trading!

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock levels. However, we reserve the right to modify or correct any errors or omissions at any time without prior notice.

2. Shipping

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day. Delivery is usually made within 2–3 business days via tracked courier.

UK delivery is free on orders of £30 or more. Orders under £30 are charged a flat £3.99. A Royal Mail 24hr tracked upgrade is available at checkout for £4.99 on orders up to 10kg. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

3. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is free — contact us and we'll email you a returns label.

Sealed personal care, cosmetic and food items can't be returned once opened, unless they arrived faulty or incorrect. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll cover return postage and either replace it or refund you in full. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.

Where we show a recommended retail price (RRP) alongside our own price, the RRP is the manufacturer's or a mainstream UK retailer's usual selling price for the same product at the time of listing.

5. Subscriptions and recurring orders

Some products can be bought on a recurring "Subscribe & Save" basis. There is no minimum term and you can cancel at any time without charge. Full details of how billing, changes and cancellations work are set out in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

6. Short-dated and past best before stock

We sell clearance and surplus stock. Some items are short-dated or past their best before date. Where that applies it is clearly marked on the product page and on the product image before you buy. A best before date relates to quality rather than safety; it is not the same as a use by date.
