Shipping policy

🚚 Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery charges (UK)

  • Orders of £30 or more: FREE Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery.
  • Orders under £30: a flat £3.99 charge for Royal Mail 48hr Tracked delivery, however many items are in the order.
  • Royal Mail 24hr Tracked (optional upgrade): £4.99 on orders up to 10kg, available at any order value.

The £30 threshold is based on your order subtotal after any discounts and before delivery charges. The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Our standard delivery timeframe is 2–3 business days from dispatch. You'll receive tracking details via email once your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
